Our EMPOWER programme has multiple facets; you can select from the services to suit your needs whether it is one-one leadership development for yourself, working with a whole team or even across your entire organisation.

Leadership Development Coaching

I understand the reality of leadership roles in the 21st century: what it feels like for you and those around you. I work closely with you to tap into your unconscious, authentic self; helping you to experience psychological safety and to create that for your teams. We will work on: nurturing your network, motivating others, influencing with gravitas, speaking as a leader and effective communication. This is a one-one coaching/mentoring programme.

Building Teams

In this part of the programme I turn my attention to leaders as part of a team and begin to consider the people around them. We'll cover succession planning and how to identify and nurture potential in others, team alignment and cohesion, empowering the next generation and being open to what they can bring to your organisation. This is a one-many coaching/training programme.

Bespoke Organisational Development

I will work with you on an organisational empowerment strategy that will encompass your own development as a leader, building a team around you, talent development in your organisation and the embedding of positive leadership practices across all areas.
